You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited activity includes:

Service descriptions, pricing references, and quotes shown on the Site are for general information only and are not binding offers. Final pricing and service terms are confirmed in writing when we provide a quote or invoice. We reserve the right to refuse service.

4. Pass-Your-Inspection Guarantee

Our Pass-Your-Inspection Guarantee applies to cleanings we performed within the prior 90 days. If a properly licensed fire marshal or health inspector finds the cleaning insufficient, we will re-clean the affected areas at no charge. The guarantee does not cover:

• Damage or contamination occurring after our cleaning
• Areas not included in the original scope of work
• Pre-existing equipment failures or code violations unrelated to cleaning
• Failure to grant access for re-cleaning within 14 days of notification

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Reviews & Customer Content

Customer reviews shown on the Site are submitted by real customers via Google or directly to us. We do not edit the substance of reviews. By submitting a review you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display it.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Google Maps, Google Reviews). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
